![]() ![]() Coffee, tea, and juice choices were provided. ![]() We had a breakfast buffet provided by the hotel each morning consisting of scrambled eggs sausage or nicely crisped bacon fried potatoes bread with a toaster sometimes muffins and croissants dry cereal and milk and fruit - very green bananas, oranges and sometimes apples. ![]() It is located next to the toilet with no place to step in or out! Anyone needing this for support is going to have a very hard time. The even bigger problem was the placement of the safety bar in the shower. We hung one of our hand towels on the expandable arm of the small mirror, but had to just lay the other on the counter itself. Even though they had a note requesting that we help conserve resources by reusing our towels, there was only one towel rack - in the tub/shower! Personally, I like a dry towel. The big problem we had was with the bathroom. ![]() Wifi is available for a fee - about $13.00/day.We rarely see a charge for this anymore, so this was a bit surprising. A broken lamp on the bedside table and a missing knob on the dresser under the television. This was a room with two queen beds. The room was clean and about average as far as comfort, amenities, etc, however, there were minor repairs needed in the room itself. We were able to walk to several nice restaurants in the area of the hotel and people did go down to the Metro station so location seems to be good. We were picking up a rental car on our return to the airport and he dropped us at the ideal place to catch the shuttle van to that area. It was extremely crowded when we arrived, but the driver did his best to accommodate as many people as possible. We used the airport shuttle both to and from Reagan airport. We stayed at the Crystal City Marriott for a Road Scholar program and did not book this hotel ourselves. ![]()
